-----Cubing-----
If you have problems with a 2x2... then you will be even more fustrated with a 3x3 as there are edged pieces you need to align as well...

My way of solving:
For the first to layers(F2L) i use the "Layer by Layer" method
For the OLL(Orientate last layer) i use the Fridrich method( i think)
For the PLL(place last layer) i use the fridrich method(i think)

I have two and a half good tutorials, Dan Brown's,Thrwast and sildud's

For starters, you may wanna follow Dan browns all the way, its easy to understand.
For those planning to learn the 4x4, follow dan brown's 1st part,and the first hald of the 2nd part(after explaining how to solve the middle layer(second layer) go to sildud's simplified Oll and Pll method. It prevents corner parity for a 4x4
For those wanting to learn the faster way of solving, watch thrawst tutorial)basic fridrich method)

Solve a 2x2 first.... The 2x2 is the corners of a 3x3. Remember the Algorithms used as they are needed for a 3x3 for some methods of solving
